Whole meal Bread

280g high protein flour

120g whole meal flour

30g caster sugar

6g salt

5g instant yeast

260ml cold water

20g shortening


It's my homework from the workshop.
I succeed to get the nice texture of the buns after years of baking.

What a wonderful baking!

How to make the custard filling better?

I want to make it like the one sold in Carrefour. I really love the custard filling there.

It's creamy and liquid. Mine is quite solid.

Let's interview the chef there one day.
