Whole meal buns

Whole meal Bread

280g high protein flour

120g whole meal flour

30g caster sugar

6g salt

5g instant yeast

260ml cold water

20g shortening


It's my homework from the workshop.
I succeed to get the nice texture of the buns after years of baking.

What a wonderful baking!
